Terms & Conditions

1. Full payment by credit card is required at the time of making your booking. Photo ID is required for check-in of your booking. Guests must be over 18 years old to check-in.
2. There are limited on site car parks available on the basis of first come best dressed. However there are plenty of on street car parks near the motel.
3. When checked into the room, please be familiar with the fire procedure and evacuation plan which are on the back of the entry door or on the wall beside the entry door. In the case of a fire, the resort emergency plan will be activated. Remain calm and move to the muster point quickly or follow instructions from the fire warden.
4. Smoking is not permitted in the room. A cleaning fee of $300 will be charged to a room in the case of in-room smoking identified.
5. No parties are permitted in the motel or in the room. A management fee of $100 will be charged in the case of complaint received because of noise.
6. Please keep the keys in a safe place. A management fee of $100 will be charged if the night manager is called out to open the door because of lost key.
7. No Cancellations or changes to bookings will be permitted for any reason. Once confirmed a booking cannot be refunded or altered in anyway.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time of making the booking. Credit cards attract a processing fee of 1% for Visa and Master Card and 2% for American Express.

Cancellation Policy

No Cancellations or changes to bookings will be permitted for any reason. Once confirmed a booking cannot be refunded or altered in any way.
