Breakfast provisions - homemade granola, porridge, fruit, yoghurt, homemade bread and condiments - provided. TV, wifi and off street parking available. Located in charming Georgian village 5 minutes from Launceston Airport, 20 minutes from Launceston. Evandale has two village pubs, a cafe, a general store and a takeaway. No smoking. As the apartment is on the same property as the house, and in a quiet residential street, only reasonable noise is expected. Please respect the fittings provided and report any breakages immediately to your host.
