Bridport Beach House
Bridport Beach House is perfectly located opposite the beach in the delightful seaside town of Bridport in beautiful North East Tasmania. The house is encompassed by a large garden with multiple outdoor areas, including an expansive deck with outdoor dining setting and day beds to enjoy the ocean view.
There are 4 bedrooms - a queen with large ensuite, one queen, a twin bedroom and one with either twin singles or a king depending on your requirements. All beds are superbly comfortable to ensure a truly restful night's sleep. The open-plan living/ kitchen/dining area has a beautiful ocean view. The kitchen is fully self contained, complete with everything you would need to create and present a delicious meal and plenty of nearby options if you prefer to eat out. The main bathroom has bath and separate shower. No need to bring a thing as soft towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are all provided as well as beach towels, tennis racquets and even wood for the firepit! Mountain biking, bush walking, wine tasting, golf and even helicopter tours are just a few of the many activities that are within easy reach. There is table tennis and darts, soccer goals in the garden, and a well-stocked bookshelf for children and adults.

In the event of damage to fixtures or property loss, we reserve the right to charge the credit card of the person making the booking to cover the cost of repairs or replacement.
We reserve the right to charge a $40 per hour cleaning ($70 per hour on public holidays) fee if the villa requires extra time to clean. We reserve the right to charge a $100 fee if specialty cleaning systems are needed to remove lingering cigarette smoke. Please respect our non-smoking inside policy - and dispose of butts responsibly.
Children of any age are welcome.

Payment Policy
BOOKINGS FOR 14 DAYS OR LESS TO ARRIVAL REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT AT THE TIME OF THE BOOKING.
Bookings made more than 14 days prior to arrival require a 50% deposit on a credit card, with the balance due two weeks prior to arrival. This payment is generally deducted from your card on the nearest Friday to your arrival.
It is the guest's responsibility to ensure adequate funds are available to cover the full costs of the accommodation.
Electronic funds transfer payments are accepted but must be in full and credit card details to be provided in the event there is damage or loss of property.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. (Note 2.5% surcharge applies to American Express payments).

Cancellation Policy
Should you cancel the booking more than 30 days before the commencement date of your reservation the full amount of the deposit will be charged. Your booking may be transferred to another date, subject to availability.
Should you cancel the booking 14 days or less from the commencement date of your reservation the total cost of your reservation will be payable in full.
No refund will be made if you cancel any part of your reservation during your stay.
Cancellations at Bridport Beach House are thankfully very few. On these occasions we do our best to re-book and refund.
