Enjoy the spectacular views as you watch the sun set over the Brokenback Range from the privacy of your own self contained cottage nestled on the banks of our extensive and picturesque dam.
Broken View Estate is a 50 acre property, featuring its own vineyard and salt water pool, located in an exclusive enclave of Pokolbin wine country, only minutes from the Hunter Valley’s award winning restaurants and wineries.
Relax and unwind in one of our five luxurious one bedroom villas designed especially for couples. Our villas feature a king sized bed and a 2 person spa bath in the bedroom, a separate bathroom with underfloor heating. The living area has an open log fire, a dining setting and a well equipped kitchen. The villa has fully ducted air conditioning, a bbq and outdoor settings, Foxtel and Bluetooth speaker.
A generous breakfast hamper and a bottle of Broken View Estate wine are included in your ‘Hunter Escape’ packages.

Payment of a deposit or full payment at the time of booking (as is the case for last minute bookings) constitutes the guest’s acceptance of our ‘Terms and Conditions.”
DURING YOUR STAY
Check-in time is after 2pm. Check-out is by 11am. Variations may be possible.
All our villas are non-smoking inside. ‘Butt bins’ are provided for outdoor use.
Cottages are serviced before and after your stay.
The villas are to be left in a tidy condition. If additional cleaning is required, an additional charge will apply. All damages and items removed from the premises must be paid for.
To protect our native wildlife – no pets are allowed.
Due to several unfenced dams on the property, no provisions are made for children to stay at the Estate.
PRIVACY POLICY
Privacy is important to us at Broken View Estate. All information provided to us is treated as confidential, and will not be passed onto any third party.
Payment Policy
A 50% deposit is required within 24 hours of booking.
Final balance will be due 72 hours prior to check-in.
Full payment will be required at the time of booking for all reservations made within 72 hours of your arrival date.

Cancellation Policy
In the unfortunate event of a cancellation, deposits can be transferred to an alternate date, subject to availability.
No refunds are issued unless the villa is re-booked at the same rate. If the cancellation occurs on the day of check-in, no refund will apply.
We have a minimum 2 night stay.
