Check-in and Checkout
Check-in Between 2.00 and 7pm - Anytime outside of these hours needs to be arranged with Brook Lodge
Checkout 10am - Please be ready to depart at this time or fees and charges will apply
Parking is available for 1 car per Lodge on-site.

Smoking policy
No smoking in your room
Ashtrays are provided outside of you room
If any evidence of smoking is detected in your room, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. This will be $100 or one night’s accommodation if the room is unable to be sold the following night as part of the decontamination process

No Pets please
Please find alternative “holiday accommodation” for your pets.
No parties or events onsite
No illicit drugs
If extra guests are found to be staying in your room without prior knowledge from Brook Lodge you will be charged an extra person fee to your credit card for each night the person or persons are found to be staying

Cooking Policy
We ask that you please be considerate of foods you prepare in your room, cooking foods that are highly odorous or aromatic and/or that infuse into the surroundings (surfaces, carpets, bedding, and curtains) usually require a time consuming and extensive cleaning process.
Please no odourous foods to be cooked in your room which include seafood & curries
A Gas BBQ has been provided outside of your room for these foods.

Property damage
It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that all of Brook Lodge’s property is left in the same working order as it was on arrival. Additional charges will apply if any property requires additional cleaning, needs repair of replacement or results in the loss of sales, as a result of the guest staying (this includes visitors of the guest to the property)

Payment Policy

Credit Cards/Debit cards
All payments made Card will incur a transaction fee reflecting bank charges for card payments. Current fees are 2.9%
If you wish to pay by direct credit please get in touch so we can send an invoice out to you before you arrive

Cancellation Policy

As a small accommodation provider, cancellations affect us significantly, therefore we adhere to a strict cancellation policies
In the event of cancellation 48 hours prior to arrival 50% of your booking fee's and charges will be charged to your credit card. For non-arrival's the full booking fees and charges will be charged to your credit card. I f cancellation advise is 7 days prior to arrival a full refund will be processed immediately however some banks may take up to 7 days for the refund to appear back into your account

Should your booking need to change due to Covid 19 restrictions being enforced and halting travel plans in your area a full refund and free cancellation will be applied to all bookings at request
