Property Information
A grand Federation home, built in 1909, Broomelea offers quality accommodation in the beautiful Blue Mountains village of Leura. A ten minute walk will take you to many cafes, shops and restaurants or if you prefer an equal distance takes you to the world heritage listed Blue Mountains National Park.
Your hosts, Bryan and Denise when purchasing this property in 2000 simply adopted the approach " Where would we like to stay when looking for Bed & Breakfast accommodation?". This mission statement has created not only a beautiful environment but also a destination where attentive detail is combined with respectful privacy.

Terms & Conditions

Broomelea Bed & Breakfast and the Coach House are non smoking properties.
Check in time is from 2pm. An earlier check may be available by arrangement. Early bag drop offs are available.
Check out is 11am. Please remember to leave your room key with us after check out.
A 2 night minimum stay applies on weekends from March to the end of October, either Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday (the mid week rate applies to the Sunday)
Single mid week bookings are available from Sunday to Thursday.
A 3 night minimum stay applies to all public holiday long weekends.
Off street parking is available.
Breakfast in the main house is between 8:30 - 9:30 however we are happy to provide an earlier breakfast. Provisions for continental breakfasts are provided to Coach House guests who are free to have breakfast at their leisure.
We undertake care & diligence in presenting our property & we ask guests to do the same when staying at Broomelea. Please report any breakages or damage immediately.
Guests will be held responsible for any damage incurred by their own negligence.
We reserve the right to cover these costs with the provided credit card details.
Broomelea Bed & Breakfast is an adults only retreat however our self contained cottage, The Coach House welcomes babies & children. The Coach House is adjacent to the main house.
Please be aware of other guests & respect their privacy.
Payment Policy
We accept all major credit cards
A deposit is not required however we do require credit card details to secure a reservation.

Cancellation Policy
A small Bed & Breakfast such as ours is clearly affected by cancellations and we ask for your understanding and consideration of our policy. If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us by telephone or email.
Bookings cancelled with more than one weeks notice prior to arrival will not incur a charge.
Bookings cancelled with one weeks notice or less but more than 2 days prior to arrival will be charged the first nights accommodation.
Bookings cancelled with less than 2 days notice will incur the full accommodation charge for the intended stay.
We will make every effort to re book the room so the customer can avoid these charges. If we must discount the room to rebook then the customer who cancelled will be charged the difference only.
"No Shows" will be charged the full amount of their reservation.
