We are within walking distance to the Midland Train Station where public transport is available to take you into Perth City and beyond. We are 15 minutes from the Perth Airport and the beautiful Swan Valley is only a short scenic drive away for you to explore.
Due to unforseen circumstances the Restaurant and Tavern are close due to refurbishment... keep a eye out for the new opening

Payment for the entire stay must be paid in full on arrival or in advance and can be refunded should you require an earlier departure.
A key may be collected before check in time and luggage may be left at reception if your arrival time is earlier than 12.00pm.
If you arrival time is after 7.00pm a credit card must be given and processed before a key can be provided for the room. PLease note this is not a 24hr reception.
All keys must be returned to reception upon checkout or the afterhour’s key return box at the entrance to the beer garden. Please do not leave your key in the door. A $150.00 replacement fee applies for missing keys.
A minimum of 24 hours notice prior to arrival is required for a cancellation of a booking. A fee of up to the first nights’ accommodation rate applies in the event of a no show.
Due to State Health Regulations, NO PETS are allowed in any motel room. If there is evidence of animals in your room you will be asked to check out - a charge of $200.00.00 for the cleaning of carpets and dry cleaning will apply. Your nightly fee will not be refunded.
Strictly no smoking in motel rooms. If there is evidence of smoking in rooms a charge of $200.00 for the dry cleaning of linen and curtains will apply.
A valid credit card is required upon checkin, where a $200 pre auth will be taken then cancelled upon checkout.
