Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of 20% of the deposit will apply for a cancellation made more than two weeks before your intended stay. For a cancellation made lesss than two weeks before your intended stay, thr full deposit will be retained unless another booking is made to cover the cancelled dates.
ONLY under exceptional circumstances will a full deposit be refunded - this being a the proprietors discretion.
