Bulan Villas is a family-owned and family-run boutique B&B located in the center of General Luna town, Siargao Island. Our native styled houses are inspired by traditional Siargao architecture, surrounded by a small tropical garden.

Terms & Conditions
-Price given per room is for 2 guests per room. If you are traveling with children please send us a message so we can explain a few safety hazards.
-Check in time is anytime between 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. If you wish to arrive earlier, we can keep your luggage for you as we prepare the room.
-Check out time is 11:00 AM but pool can still be used and we also have a common bathroom for showering & changing.
-For safety and health reasons we do not allow smoking and vaping within the property, but we do have a designated smoking area outside.
Payment Policy
Down-payment of 50% is required to reserve the room via PayPal in Philippine pesos currency only.
(Payments made in other currencies will be converted into PH pesos using PayPal's current exchange rate given to us, before calculating the balance to be paid upon checking-in).
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations 2 weeks (14 days) before check-in date.
50% refund for cancellations 1 week (7 days) before check-in date.
