We welcome our Guests to BULC Boutique Bed and Breakfast we provide a high level of luxury accommodation primarily suited to couples seeking a romantic getaway and lots of spoiling.
DAMAGE AND BREAKAGES are to be paid for by the guest plus any down time associated with future letting of the room due to cleaning and repairs. Please report any damage or spillages as they occur.
SMOKING is permitted in designated outdoor areas with doors and windows to your suite closed and cigarette butts disposed of properly.
ANIMALS > PETS As we are a disability compliant establishment assistance animals are welcomed.
LIABILITY We do not accept any liability for the personal loss or injury to any of our guests or their vehicles or possessions, our property is monitored by CCTV for your safety. The entry and your Suite is accessed by an individual security fob key.( Replacement of the fob key if lost is $100.00 ) We recommend that guests protect themselves with travel insurance.
SAFETY Our Suites are fitted with hard wired smoke alarms , fire extinguisher, fire blanket and a small first aid kit.
Payment Policy
BULC Boutique Bed and Breakfast's payment policy is a 50% booking fee with balance paid prior to date of arrival via paypal, credit/debit card with proof of payment emailed or sent via SMS or cash on arrival. .
Cancellation Policy
BULC Boutique Bed and Breakfast's cancellation policy is the retention of your 50% booking fee if cancelled within 7 days prior to your arrival date.
