Terms & Conditions

-Extra-person charges $30 per adult and $20 per child per night.
-Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be guaranteed.

Special check-in instructions: Check-in time starts at 1400hrs. Please contact Bulwarra Bed & Breakfast when you are approximately 1 hour out of Dubbo to ensure we are here to welcome you. Contact number is 0448245241.

Business hours 9.00am-6.00pm.

Check-out time is 1100hrs.

POLICY & INFO FOR PETS:

Pets will only be permitted on Bulwarra subject to the following conditions:-

• All animals are $10 per animal per night, payable on arrival or with booking.
• All pets need to be house trained or directly contact Judy @ Bulwarra 0448245241.
• All animals need to provide (upon arrival) up to date vaccination papers for C5 vaccination. This provides immunity against distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza and bordatella (which cause canine cough).
• No animals that are on estrus cycle / heat.
• NO animal is to be left unattended at Bulwarra without first discussing this with Judy.
• Her/his behaviour will define whether she/he sleeps inside or out and can get along with other animals.
• You are needed to provide all bedding, meals and needs for your pets.
• PLEASE provide coverings for our beds and furniture as other people may be allergic to your animal.
• We do have farm and other animals in the house yard which contains the studios and house.
• Animals chasing our animals will NOT be tolerated. They need to be restrained. It is really up to your pet as to whether she/he needs to be restrained. There is a fenced off yard that is available for you to contain your pet if need be.
• We are happy to allow your pet to stay here while you are at the zoo if he/she/we is/are comfortable doing so. Please arrange with Judy prior to the day.
• Pets must be leashed when requested.
• Owner/handlers must clean up any pet droppings and place them in the paddock.
• At the discretion of the management, any pet playing aggressive behaviour will be asked to muzzle pet.
• At the discretion of Management owner/handler may be asked to remove the animal from Bulwarra.
• At the discretion of management, an owner/handler who does not comply with the above conditions may be asked to leave Bulwarra.
• All well behaved animals are welcome.

-Well behaved animals are welcome and we have facilities for most animals. Please Judy to organise on 0448245241.
-Ask about our concession card/aged card holder discounts or group bookings.
-RV's are most welcome as our parking area is large.
-We can arrange transport to and from the airport for a small fee of $20 per car.
-Long weekends you will need to book for a minimum 3 nights.

Payment Policy

50% deposit or more of payment for accommodation .

Please return email confirmation of your payment so I can book your stay. Payment needs to be confirmed within 2 days for booking to be held for you. Final payment (pre-arranged cheque, cash, credit card, paypal or direct credit/bank transfer) is due on arrival.

Please provide mobile phone number and address to assist with registering your room with your reply. Unfortunately we need to inspect studios on departure. I do hope this doesn't offend anyone. A few make it difficult for others. This does mean we still do not take a bond.

Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately any cancellations will need 7 days prior notice to booked date or a deposit will be charged.
