Check in times are between 3 pm and 5 pm on day of arrival unless prior arrangement has been made. Estimated arrival times are to be notified at time of booking.
Check out times are by 10 am please, unless prior arrangements for a later checkout have been made with us.
Our prices quoted include accommodation only.
We are a working sheep and cattle farm, a Gift and Homewares Shop, and also operate as a Function Centre with Cellar Door access to the public by appointment during the week, or from 10 am to 4 pm on Sundays & some public holidays
Pets are not allowed due to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our native animals and livestock.
Full responsibility of any damages or breakage must be taken by the guest, and reported to your host. If deemed necessary these are to be paid for prior to departure.
The B&B is a non-smoking cottage.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any guest, vehicle or possessions, unless proved to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves.

Full payment due the morning of your departure.

A full refund will be granted prior to 3 months out from the booking date. Cancellations within 3 months of the booking date will incur a credit of your deposit amount, for use within 12 months. Every effort will be made by management to secure an appropriate alternative date for your stay.
