Welcome to Busselton Jetty Chalets
We hope you enjoy your stay with us.
ARRIVAL – please park in front of the reception when checking in. Look for the Busselton Jetty Chalets signage and park on the driveway in front of the office. For your own safety please do not park on the road or in the guest parking area.
Check in time: 2pm – 5pm. We understand your travel plans may vary; please contact us on 0477 999 362 if arriving after 5pm, so we can assist your needs.
Check out is before 10am. Late check outs may attract an additional fee. Please contact Reception to arrange.
Our Office hours are.
Sunday - Thursday 9am - 12 noon and 2pm - 5pm
Friday - Saturday 9am -12 noon and 2pm - 6pm

Please take your time to read through our policies.
We reserve the right to hold a $200 bond per stay.
Terms and Conditions.
(1) NUMBER OF GUEST'S; Tariffs are based on the number and type of guests for the specified time and duration. Any changes to those items may result in an increase to the tariff and you agree to pay any increase at the time of change.
**Except on School Holidays, Public Holidays & Special Event Weekends a flat rate per unit will apply.**
(2) PARKING; 1 parking bay is provided for each unit. Street side parking is available across from the complex for additional vehicle.
(3) VISITORS; Are welcome but are asked to leave by 9 pm.
(4) SMOKING ; Smoking is not permitted in our units or within 5 meters thereof. If we consider that you or your party has smoked in a Unit or within the 5 meter zone, you will incur a $500 cleaning fee.
(5) NOISE; For the comfort of other guests, please keep noise to a minimum between 9 pm - 8 am
(6) BBQ AREA; This is a communal area. ... Please leave the BBQ's and the area clean for other guests to use. Please respect the comfort of other guests and not smoke in this area when BBQ's are in use.
(7) DAMAGE: In event of any loss of property, a breach of the terms and conditions or malicious damage to the property you will be charged for all the repairs plus the loss of income while repairs are done.
(8) Pets : No animals of any kind allowed on the property.
(9) FISH: Cleaning of fish or crabs in unit's it is strictly prohibited. Extra cleaning fees will apply.
(10) Your Linen, Rugs or White Towels are not to be used outside of your unit or taken to the beach.
(11) Cleaning - We do not service & clean your unit daily. We will however service our room on the 7th day of your stay. Fresh towels are available every second day of your stay. If you require fresh towels, please leave them outside your unit before 10am for collection.
Please wash and dry your dishes prior to departure and place rubbish in appropriate bins outside and near to your unit. Guests who are unable to do this may attract a surcharge.
(12) Missing items and damaged items - including linen, pillows, blankets, cups/glasses, cutlery, electrical goods and damages will attract a surcharge.

Payment Policy

To confirm your booking a deposit is required.
We request a deposit to the value of the first night payment for all bookings please.
For your convenience payments may be paid direct to our account.

Please ensure you record your surname & the date of your booking as a reference.
Payments via credit card can also be made over the phone on 0477 999 362 with the balance paid on arrival. Please be mindful that credit card transactions may attract a surcharge fee of 1.1%.
At special times such as Public Holidays, Special Event Weekends, Christmas, New Year & Easter Holidays you may be requested to pay the full tariff 30 days in advance of your stay.
We reserve the right to hold a security deposit.

In event of any damages, loss of income, loss of property, damage to property, breach of house rules or my occupation of the property, I authorise that any extra charges incurred to be charged to my credit card.

Cancellation Policy

Once the first nights deposit has been paid, a contract will then exist with Busselton Jetty Chalets.

PLEASE NOTE our cancellation policy is:

OFF PEAK; Outside 14 days a full refund less $30 fee. Inside 14 days deposit is forfeited.
PEAK: Outside 30 days a full refund applies less $50 fee. Inside 30 days deposit is forfeited.

Please check your holiday dates carefully.
Travel insurance is highly recommended.
