Terms & Conditions
We provide complimentary Airport Shuttle Service for our Guests. Please let us know your flight times and we will arrange!
Our Tropical Island Breakfast Buffet is included with your stay.
Internet: Free WiFi is available in all areas of the Beach Resort..
Reception: We have 24-hour onsite staffing for all guests' needs.
Parking: Free private parking on site (reservation is not needed).
Children: Adult location, for guests 15 years of age and above.
Beds: One to two Adults per Beach Cabana or Guest Room.
Check-in from 2:00 PM -- Check-out until 11:00 AM
Payment Policy
Your room reservation is held by a deposit equal to 50% of the booking amount, and may be charged at any time after the booking is made.
We accept Credit Cards and you may charge meals, personal care items from our Gift Shop to your room, till check-out.
The local VAT of 15% is included within the room rates. Bank fee of 3.5% for credit card transactions.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are free of charge up to 30 days before the check-in date. The room deposit becomes non-refundable after 30 days prior to the check-in date.
Extended stay bookings of over 2 weeks’ duration: Free cancellation 60 days before date of arrival.. If 30 -60 days before arrival, 30% of the deposit amount will be charged.
Bank fee of 3.5% for all credit card transactions.
