Capers Guesthouse is boutique accommodation for those wishing to experience a luxury and country charm with traditional service. Elevated over Wollombi Valley your stay with us will be a sanctuary of comfort, peace and privacy with impeccable levels of service. Capers Cottage is a home away from home. This self-contained country accommodates a total of 8 people and is appointed with BBQ facilities, country-style kitchen and three bathrooms with bathtubs. Terms & Conditions
A minimum two-night stay applies to all bookings unless otherwise agreed to by Management
Maximum number of guests per room: Two adults.
A deposit of 50% of the accommodation tariff (and any additional extras) is required to confirm bookings. Until this has been received no booking is guaranteed.
The balance owing will be charged to your credit card seven days prior to arrival. Guests wishing to pay the balance by cash should advise Capers at the time of booking.
Once the name of a booking is confirmed the booking cannot be transferred to another party without the consent of Capers.
Capers Guesthouse is for adult couples (or singles) only. No Children or Pets are permitted in the Guesthouse unless included in a group booking, with prior consent. Guests arriving with children or pets will not be permitted to use the Guesthouse and will forfeit any monies paid.
In the event of damage to fixtures or property loss, we reserve the right to charge the credit card of the person making the booking to cover the cost of repairs or replacement
One night bookings when accepted require payment in full at the time of booking
Check-in from: 3:00pm, Check Out:10:30am
We accept both MasterCard and Visa Credit Cards
A fee of $100.00 will apply to any booking where it is either cancelled, or the dates of the booking are amended within any period over 30 days prior to arrival.
For bookings cancelled between 15-30 days, 50% of the total cost will be charged. A $100 administrative fee will apply in lieu of the 50% charge if the room is able to be re-booked.
For bookings cancelled between 0 and 6 days, there will be a 100% charge of the total booking if that booking cannot be re-filled. The $100 fee will still apply to cancellations where rooms are able to be re-booked.
In the case of a 'no show', 100% of the accommodation tariff will be charged to your credit card.

• Smoking is not permitted indoors.
