General Terms & Conditions
Please read the terms and conditions before confirming your booking. Upon booking, you are deemed to have agreed to the following terms and conditions.

Arrival and Departure
• Check-in time is from 12 midday. After hours check in – please contact us on +61 2 9922 2168 / +61 414 629 998 to arrange prior to arrival.
• Check out time is 10.00am. Failure to check out by 10.00am may result in another night’s stay being charged.
• Guests are to provide a driver’s license or passport, mobile phone contact number and email address at the time of check-in.
• Minimum Age for check-in should be 18 years old and above.
• Payment for accommodation is required in full at check-in.
• Guests are to also provide a credit card upon check-in to pay for deposits, incidentals or any additional charges during the stay.
• A $100.00 deposit bond per night may be required. Please ensure you have sufficient funds to cover the accommodation charges and deposit.

In-house Policy
• Smoking is prohibited on all levels and in all rooms. A charge of $200 applies to any guests smoking while within our rooms or premises. In the event smoking in a guest room triggers a false fire alarm, a fee of $1,700 will apply.
• Pets are prohibited within the guest rooms. A $200 cleaning fee applies if there have been pets in the accommodation during the period of use.
• In the event there is excessive cleaning required in the room, a minimum cleaning charge of $100 will be levied to your room charge.
• Exceeding the maximum number of guests allowed in the room is not permitted.
• Excessive traffic noise to and from the rooms and drunken or disorderly behaviour is strictly prohibited.
• Room keys must be returned on check-out. Linen & Towels will be counted, and any damage, theft or lost keys may result in additional charges to your credit card and/or your bond forfeited.
• Carnarvon Lodge, Kirribilli assumes no responsibility for loss of money, jewellery or other valuables.  We are not responsible for articles left in your room or motor vehicle.
• Carnarvon Lodge, Kirribilli reserves the right to immediately evict any guest found in possession of illegal drugs.

Child Policy
• Children under the age of 5 sleep free of charge in existing bedding.

Payment Policy

Payment Policy
• We accept MasterCard and Visa. A credit card surcharge of 1.5% applies. No surcharge on Eftpos payments.
• Fully Flexible Rates: A deposit of the full first night's rate is required at the time of booking. In the event you wish to cancel, amend or whilst in-house shorten your stay, the conditions of the cancellation policy for this booking applies to any nights you wish to cancel.
• Non-refundable Rates/Special Event Rates: A non-refundable deposit of the full amount for all nights booked is required at the time of booking. This includes all Saver, Saver 2+ Nights, Saver 4+ Nights, Grey Nomads / Senior's rate and any special event or promotional rate.

All payments should be paid with either a valid credit card, EFTPOS, bank transfer to Y&C Investment Pty. Ltd. or cash. Carnarvon Lodge holds the right to ask for a proof of photo ID as a security measure to prevent credit card fraud.

Cancellation Policy

• Fully Flexible Rates: Free cancellation is permitted up until 07 days prior to the check-in date and time. Cancellations received prior to this will not incur any room charges and will be eligible for a full refund.
Booking cancellations made within 07 days prior to the check-in date and time, will incur the full charged the total price of the reservation. Notice to shorten your stay, must be provided 24 hours prior to your intended check out date to avoid the full charge for the night(s) cancelled.

• Non-refundable Rates are "Saver", "Saver X+ Nights", any special event or promotional deals, and "Grey Nomads / Seniors Card" rates:
Require full prepayment at the time of booking. Amendments, cancellations or refunds are not permitted. A minimum x-night stay is required unless otherwise stated.
