Bookings are subject to availability and applicable pricing at the time of booking and some conditions/and exclusions may apply including but not limited to minimum stay requirements.
Payments may be made by cash, Visa and Mastercard. We DO NOT accept American Express or Diners.
A valid Credit Card is required at time of booking.
All rates quoted are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
Amendments to bookings can be made up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled check in.
No cancellation fees if made up to 48 hours prior.
Cancellations made up to 24 hours prior will incur an administration fee of $30.
Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged the full amount of the booking.
If you are a no show or terminate your booking early you will be charged the full amount of your booking.
Check in time is from 2pm. If you wish to check in before 2pm please arrange prior and is at the discretion of management.
Check out time is 10am. If you wish to arrange a late check-out, please arrange prior and is at the discretion of management.
Children and Infants may not stay in any room without an adult (over 18yrs of age).
If a guest is found to be under 18 years of age and is NOT accompanied by a responsible adult, we will cancel the booking and the full booking amount will be forfeited.
No pets are allowed. Fees apply if found to be in breach.
There is a strict no smoking policy. Fees apply if found to be in breach.
Guests are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us if any of these occur immediately. Management may recover costs to repair or replace.
