Originally CBC Bed & Breakfast and Café was the Paterson Branch of the Commercial Banking company of Sydney. The elegant building has changed very little as we have aimed to keep its beauty and historical elements while maintaining a comfortable feel.
Surrounded by beautiful late 19th century architecture every detail is still intact including the high ornate ceilings and their unique patterns so typical of that particular period

This is a non smoking property
If your arrival date is within two months of booking, full payment will be required at booking time.
If arrival date is after the two months a $50 deposit per room per night is required at time of booking. Remainder of payment will be required within two weeks of arrival
No pets allowed
A $20.00 charge will be incurred if a key is lost
Please be mindful of other people sleeping when you return home late at night
Payment Policy
At the time of booking we require credit card details. Full payment for your booking will be charged to your credit card within 24 hours
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 14 days of booking arrival date incur a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with more than 14 days notice incur an administration charge of 30% of total booking fee. We encourage our customers to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances
