Cedars Mount View
Cedars Mount View offers the rare luxury of absolute privacy and space with three modern one bedroom spa villas and a contemporary luxury villa with infrared sauna. The villas are thoughtfully scattered over 94 acres in a stunning mountain valley in the beautiful wine/rural area of Mount View. Please refer to our accommodation pages for more info.
Helicopters are able to land next to The Vue, The Terrace and Villa Lorea and on the flats in front of The Ridge. We can arrange heli-lunches with scenic flights or transfers from Sydney or Newcastle.

Bistro Molines, a Chefs Hatted restaurant and a perfect place for a romantic lunch or dinner is just 8 minutes scenic drive from Cedars at the beautiful Tallavera Grove Vineyard, MountView.
The heart of Pokolbin and most of the major event venues are around 20 minutes scenic drive. Restaurant and event transfers by helicopter or private luxury car can be arranged by Cedars Mount View with advance notice.
Cedars Mount View was designed for romance and relaxation and is an adults only hideaway.
To ensure the peaceful ambience at Cedars and surrounds, please be aware that we do not accept visitors or pets to the property.
Cedars is non-smoking indoors.
Self check-in is from 2pm. Check-out is 10.30am Monday to Friday and 11.00am Saturday and Sunday. We can offer earlier check-ins and later check outs if there is no change over of guests. (Please contact caretaker to arrange)

Terms & Conditions
In the event of damage to fixtures or property loss, we reserve the right to charge the credit card of the person making the booking to cover the cost of repairs or replacement.
We ask that our guests respect the furnishing and fittings and that if the kitchen facilities are used, that the dishwasher is packed and switched on prior to departure. Please wipe down the BBQ after use with the paper towels that are stored in the kitchen.
We reserve the right to charge a $40 per hour cleaning ($70 per hour on public holidays) fee if the villa requires extra time to clean. We reserve the right to charge a $100 fee if specialty cleaning systems are needed to remove lingering cigarette smoke. Please respect our non-smoking inside policy - and dispose of butts responsibly.
Due to our unique mountain location mobile service is limited and call quality varies depending on each individual carrier. WiFi calling is available and simple instructions on how to enable this feature on your phone are located in our compendium. If this will be an issue for you please contact us immediately as this will not be considered a valid reason for cancelling once arrived at the property.
To ensure the quiet ambiance of Cedars is maintained, please be aware that visitors and pets are not permitted on the property. The villas are for guest use only.
Payment Policy
BOOKINGS FOR ONE NIGHT OR FOR 14 DAYS OR LESS TO ARRIVAL REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT AT THE TIME OF THE BOOKING.
Bookings for 2 nights or more require a 50% deposit on a credit card, with the balance due two weeks prior to arrival, this payment is generally deducted from your card on the nearest Friday to your arrival.
It is the guest's responsibility to ensure adequate funds are available to cover the full costs of the accommodation and any packages purchased.
Electronic funds transfer payments are accepted but must be in full and credit card details to be provided in the event there is damage or loss of property.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. (Note 2.5% surcharge applies to American Express payments).
BOOKINGS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL THE DEPOSIT IS PAID. FOR LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS, PLEASE CONFIRM WITH CEDARS ON (02) 4990 9009.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS of 30 days or less, the deposit will be refunded if the cottage is rebooked.
Within 14 days or less, or no shows, the balance is payable, but will be refunded if the villa can be re-booked at short notice.
In the event that we have to discount accommodation to be able to re-book at last minute rates, then that discount will be deducted from your refund.
All cancellations must be in writing and will incur an administration fee of $50.
Cancellations at Cedars are thankfully very few. On these occasions we do our best to re-book and refund.
COVID-19:
We will request a proof of Covid-19 full vaccination from our all guests prior check in day as per government announcements. Please contact Christelle if you have any questions or send the proof directly to info@cedars.com.au
In case of any lockdown or being tested positive to Covid-19, we will automatically reschedule your booking, any payment processed will become a credit valid for 3 years.
