Please read the following Policy
Please keep the apartment Clean:
• Clean your apartment to prevent insect inside the condo
So you will be having a stay pleasant stay.
• Don’t leave your food open on the table or kitchen,
this attracts insects quickly.
• Empty the trashcan ASAP, this will also prevent insects, garbage can be disposed next to the elevator.
Damage to hotel property:
• You will be charged for any damage to the apartment property caused by you or by your visitors.
• All inventory items and Furniture must be handled with care.
. Do Not Put Stains on Bed sheets and Towels to avoid Additional Charges.
. Lost Towels will be charge by the Guests.
-Hanging of clothes in the balcony or terrace is NOT ALLOWED. Penalty applies.
Fire Safety Policy:
• The condo apartment is fully equipped with smoke detectors and emergency evacuation plans in all rooms and public areas.
• Every apartment is provided by fire sprinklers.
Turn OFF electricity when not in use or going out to avoid electricity short-circuit.
Alcohol Policy:
• Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid identification
Please do not bring onto the premises of the apartment any of the following:
• Animals or birds of any kind, NO PETS ALLOWED
• Gunpowder, oils or other explosives or inflammable;
• Objects emitting a foul odor;
• Unregistered firearms or swords
• Objects of an unusually large size or in unusually large quantities;
• Illegal drugs or other articles, the possession of which is prohibited by the laws of the Philippines.
Swimming pool
• Guest can use the pool every MONDAY to THURSDAY only. With FEE of Php 150 per head/day.
• Guest can not use swimming pool at local holidays
Visitors
• Its not allowed letting visitors sleep in the apartment without notice to the Manager. We will charge additional amount of cash if so.
For 1bedroom only 2 pax is allowed to stay.
For 2bedroom only 5 pax is allowed to stay.
Over-Crowded is NOT ALLOWED.
• If you want to let an extra person stay please notify the manager.
• For the children safety children are not allowed to run trough the hallways.
