This elegant 1930's Boutique B&B encompasses a mix of modern comfort and traditional elegance. The three suites in the house and two in the extensive garden are refurbished with the guests’ comfort paramount & every need anticipated.
All are centrally heated, have quality bedding & furnishings, fridge, freeview TV, robes, hairdryer, toiletries and tea & coffee making facilities.
Select your breakfast from an extensive menu. Morse, Rutherford & Windsor suites, are served in their own suite & breakfast & evening wines are included in the rate. Oak & Earl rate is room only and guests have the option of purchasing breakfast & evening wines which are served in the dining room.

Separate Terms & Conditions will be sent to guests following making a booking at one of our Self contained Villas. The booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid.
Payment Policy
Credit card details are required to guarantee bookings at "Cheltenham House".
The Villas require a 50% deposit. Details will be sent and booking confirmed on receipt of the deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our property cancellations do affect us. Every effort will be made to rebook the room. If we are unsuccessful, 30% may be charged if cancelled within 30 days of stay, 100% within 7 days.
