RECEPTION OFFICE HOURS
7:00am to 7:00pm
Guests arriving outside the above stated Reception Office Hours MUST contact Reception for access key details before arrival.
LOSS OF KEYS
Penalty applies to loss of key and damages
CHECK IN TIME
2:00pm
Your estimated time of arrival MUST be included in the booking form where specified.
Earlier check in times for those guests who have medical appointments may be requested when making a booking but this may not always be possible.
However guest arriving early may safely store their luggage at Reception until their room is ready.
CHECK OUT TIME
10:00am
Please note that it may be possible to check out after the above stated time and leave your luggage at Reception for safe keeping until you collect later in the day.

This policy is strictly observed and is monitored by smoke detection devices.

Every person signing this document and/or actually occupied any accommodation or utilizing any service shall be personally liable for all accommodation charges in addition to the customers named above notwithstanding that an account is sent in the first instance to that customer.
To the extent to which such exclusion or limitation is permitted at law the Chermside Court Motel denies and disclaims any responsibility or liability for any goods lost, damaged, destroyed and/or misplaced whilst in the the physical or legal control of the Chermside Court Motel . Goods left at the Chermside Court Motel Motel are at the owners risk. Chermside Court Motel assumes no responsibility or liability.

I the undersigned hereby authorize Chermside Court Motel to debit my Credit Card for charges arising our of my stay including , but not limited to : , Breakfast, Damage or Loss , non return of keys unauthorised use of extra bedding. I further understand that payment for booked stay is to be paid on Check - In and that failure to settle the account in full on departure is a criminal offence. If a Company or Hospital Account is applicable to settle the debt, the establishment shall not be liable to any guest or invitee of a guest for any loss, damages or destruction to any personal property brought onto these premises. Personal property shall include any personal effects , and Motor Vehicles parked on the premises. I agree to pay all charges incurred by me during my stay at Chermside Court Motel , Chermside Court Motel has a strict NO SMOKING policy. Fines do apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Any changed or cancelled booking will always forfeit the full amount of the first changed or cancelled night.

Payment Policy

Payment in advance for the first night's accommodation is required when making a booking. This will usually be taken from the Credit Card supplied on the booking form.

Cancellation Policy

A one night penalty will always be applied for cancellations.
Cancellations or changes to bookings will forfeit the full amount of the first changed or cancelled night.
