IMPORTANT COVID-19 INFORMATION
Due to recent Covid-19 crisis, we are asking all guests to contact us ahead of arrival.
Please be advised as per QLD Business restrictions, that we are only taking bookings from guests who are fully-vaccinated. Please make sure to have COVID-19 vaccination records for all guests available upon arrival at The Civic Guest House.
On arrival, Guests will be required to complete a check in declaration that they are not a close or casual contact or have visited any listed exposure site in any state. This includes guests that are already in Queensland as we are unable to take guests that are required to self isolate or quarantine. If this affects your stay with us, please contact us immediately.

No drunk and disorderly behaviour will be tolerated.
Children 0-12 years must stay in a private room with own bathroom. No capacity for cots/extra bedding.
Children 12-18 years of age must stay in private room (shared bathroom acceptable).
Mixed Dorm: 18 - 35 years only

Cancellation Policy
We encourage all guests to choose a flexible rate as that rate choosen is applicable regardless of Covid-19 travel disruptions.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations on STANDARD rates applies. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged at full room rate.
NON-REFUNDABLE rates will have the total reservation charged at the time of booking. No modifications or changes are allowed.
