Terms & Conditions

1. PLEASE READ THE SECTION TITLED "GETTING THERE" BEFORE ARRIVAL!!

2. Checkout time is 10:00. The guest acknowledges that a late checkout fee of $100 per hour or part thereof will be charged to their Credit Card in the event the property is not vacated by 10:00.
3. The guests acknowledge joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of bills.
4. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to Clarendon Forest Retreat caused by themselves, their friends, their pets or any person for whom they are responsible.
5. The establishment shall not be liable to any guest or invitee of a guest for any loss damage or destruction to any personal property brought onto these premises. Personal property shall include any personal effects and motor vehicles parked on the premises.
6. Regardless of charge instructions, I acknowledge that I am personally liable for the payment of all charges incurred by me during my stay at Clarendon Forest Retreat
7. While every effort will be made to bring the spa to temperature before arrival, this may not be possible. If the spa water has been changed, it can take a long time to re-heat. Sometimes this will not occur on the first night.
8. Maximum occupancies are strict limits. If you are found to have above the maximum occupancy in a house, you will be asked to vacate the property and will forfeit your booking. Please note that for the purpose of occupancy limits, infants are children under the age of 12 months old.

Payment Policy

Payment due on arrival except for School and Public Holidays where prepayment is made.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies for bookings made directly with Clarendon Forest Retreat.

For low-season bookings, the guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the full booking amount if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival and the room cannot be resold. No prepayment is required.

During School and Public Holiday periods, the guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price in the 14 days before arrival.

All bookings of two or more houses the guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price in the 30 days before arrival.
