CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME
• Check-in time is from 2:00pm
• Check-out time is by 11:00am
• A valid government-issued identification or passport is required at check-in
EARLY ARRIVAL AND LATE DEPARTURE
• Should you arrive at the Hotel prior to the normal check-in time, you are advised to approach the Manager for assistance in storing your luggage until check-in is available
• Late check-outs are available on request subject to room availability and occupancy level
• Please check with the Manager at least 24 hours prior to your departure on availability of late check-out. A half-day room charge may be incurred for late check-out between 12pm to 6pm and a full day room charge may be incurred for late check-out after 6pm.
RATES
• The rates quoted are based on your period of stay. Rates are subject to change as a result of changes in your arrival and/or departure dates
• Rates quoted are in Indonesian Rupiah
• Rate quoted is for up to 2 adults
• A 10% Government Tax & 5% service charge is included in your room price
• Children who are 6 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult
• In the event you complete a booking based on a rate that has been incorrectly posted, the Hotel reserves the right to correct the rate or cancel the reservation at its discretion, and will contact you directly in order to do so
DEPOSIT PAYMENT
• We require a 50% non-refundable deposit paid at the time of booking. Your booking is not confirmed until we have received your 50% deposit payment.
MOBILITY
• You will require a reasonable degree of physical mobility to enjoy Clove Tree Hill
• Access to all villas involves some steps, and the pathways can become slippery after heavy rainfal
• Our property is not suitable for wheel chair access
PARKING
Free parking is available on site - please check for availability.
FORCE MAJEURE
Force Majeure (an extraordinary event or circumstance beyond the control of the parties, such as Earthquake, Flood or Volcanic Eruption).
In the unlikely event of Force Majeure we are not able to refund your 50% deposit, however your deposit is *transferable within 1 year of the booked date.

DISCLAIMER
Clove Tree Hill will not be held responsible for any expenses that occur by accident or injury during your stay at the resort, including: transfers to & from the resort and any activities arranged by Clove Tree Hill.

EXCHANGE RATES
Exchange rates are applicable at time of reservation, but are subject to currency fluctuations and billing will be at the prevailing exchange rate upon completion of your stay. There might be a slight difference between the rate shown here.
FINAL BILL PAYMENT

Cancellation Policy
• The 50% deposit charge is non-refundable
• If booking is cancelled, modified in 30 days before arrival or in case of no-show the total amount will be charged
