Coomera Motor Inn is conveniently located across the roundabout to Dreamworld and just a 5 minute drive from Warner Bros Movie World. We are right next to the M1Motorway. It features a pool, free Wi-Fi access, basketball hoops and big lawns for games and picnics.
Only 20 minutes from the renowned Surfers Paradise beaches, Sea World theme park and Brisbane is just a short 40 minute drive straight up the Motorway.
Coomera Westfield only 1km, and the famous Water Fire / Boathouse Tavern also 1km.
Our rooms do not have any cutlery and crockery, please bring your own.

HOUSE RULES
- Be respectful, clean and tidy by cleaning up after yourself when you are using any of the common areas ( bathroom, laundry, pool etc) as you will be sharing these areas with other guests.
- PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS $50 CLEANING surcharge for any excessive cleaning.
- NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC .

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT / GUEST NUMBERS
Check-in Time from: 2 pm. You may attempt to check in prior to 2 pm, but we do not guarantee that your room will be available for your use prior to this time. early check-in fee of $25.00 may be charged.
Check-out Time by: 10 am on the day of your departure. LATE CHECK OUT FEE $50. Please lock your door and return your key to our office or into the key drop box prior to departure. Lost keys will incur an automatic $100 replacement charge.
Number of guests in your room is not to exceed the number made in the booking.
Visitors of guests staying are not allowed in rooms and/or on-site after 10 pm. Registered guests are responsible for the behavior of their visitors.
HOUSE KEEPING / DAILY SERVICES
Only rubbish in bin will be removed.
Condiments will be filled up.
All bathroom dispensers will be checked and filled up.
Towels on the bathroom floor will be replaced.
Long stay guests sheets will be changed after one weeks stay.
FULL ROOM SERVICE IS AVAILABLE ON REQUEST FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST OF $50.
The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel in the 3 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the cost of the first night after reservation
CANCELLING YOUR BOOKING WHILE IN YOUR STAY, WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF ENTIRE STAY PAID.

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS
Present valid photo ID upon arrival required for Check In. We may also require guest(s) to provide a credit card or cash deposit at check-in to guarantee payment of incidental charges.
LATE CHECK-IN
Late arrivals welcome: if arriving after 8 pm please send us an email, copy of drivers license(photo and address) for us to furnish you our late check-in procedures once you have made a confirmed booking online and prior to your arrival. If booking was made after office hours you wont be helped.

DISORDERLY BEHAVIOR
Disorderly behavior may result in cancellation of your stay without refund. This includes excessive drinking, excessive noise, damage, theft, smoking inside, inappropriate behavior, breaching terms or disturbing of other guests.
PARKING
Parking is available on a first in, first served basis.
ILLEGAL DRUG POLICY
Illegal Drug use is not permitted. If you use any illegal substances on the property we will evict you without refund.
SMOKING/PETS
All rooms (and everywhere else indoors) are pet and smoke-free. Smoking is allowed outside only. NO smoking within 5 meters of the building. We will charge a cleaning, deodorizing, drying out and repair costs at a minimum of $500 if you smoke indoors.

AGREEMENT WITH TERMS AND POLICIES
Your reservation via this or other website, is considered your full agreement with our policies, terms and conditions. We retain the right to refuse or cancel accommodation at any time for any breach and no refund will be paid out.
Payment Policy
For all bookings we require a deposit equivalent to one night stay to secure your booking.
Deposit needs to be paid 3 days/ 72 hours prior to arrival date.
Full payment needs to be settled on morning of arrival date.

Cancellation Policy
Deposit of 1 night to be charged at time of booking. Balance paid on arrival. If cancelled 3 days or more prior to booking 100% of deposit will be refunded.
If cancelled within 72 hours of arrival, will result in forfeiture of first night.
Cancelling a booking while in your stay period will result in forfeiture of entire stay paid.
Early check ins are subject to availability and fees apply.
