Terms & Conditions
Payment may be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or by cash - see Payment Policy. As we are a small business cancellations affect us greatly therefore please read our Cancellation Policy carefully.
All rooms are strictly non-smoking and we have a no children policy.
Check-in time is between 3:00pm & 9:00pm, please advise if you wish to check-in outside these times.
Check-out time is between 7:30am & 10:00am, please advise if you wish to check-out outside these times.
Payment Policy
1. Payment for non-refundable rates will be taken immediately.
2. Payment for all other rates will be taken up to 14 days prior to arrival date.
3. Payment will be taken from the credit card supplied when booking.
4. Payment may be made by credit card - Visa or Mastercard.
5. Credit card surcharge: 2%
6. Payment may also be made by cash on arrival.
7. Guests with a NZ bank account may pay by internet banking.
IMPORTANT: Please advise at the time of booking if your preferred method of payment is by cash or internet banking.
Cancellation Policy
UPDATE: 01.08.21 COVID-19 SITUATION – New Reservations – Temporary Cancellation Policy
For new reservations booked for stays until 31 December 2021.
1. In the event that NZ is directed into an ‘Alert Level’ that travel is not permissible, or in the case of guests travelling from Australia to NZ and the borders have been closed, date changes are permissible at no charge provided you contact us 72 hours before the date of your scheduled arrival date. Stays must then be completed within six months of return to unrestricted travel. This applies to standard/packages and non-refundable bookings.
2. If there is a sudden halt to travel for guests from Australia as directed by the NZ Government or Australian Government, ie less than 72 hours notice, date changes are permissible at no charge and stays must be completed within 12 months of return to unrestricted travel. This applies to standard/packages and non-refundable bookings.
3. Thereafter our standard cancellation policies below apply.
STANDARD RATES/PACKAGES
A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
If cancellation is made within 14 days prior to arrival date, we will charge 100% of the full cost of the total booking.
WARBIRDS OVER WANAKA (14-18 APRIL 2022)
A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
If cancellation is made within 30 days prior to arrival date, we will charge 100% of the full cost of the total booking.
NON-REFUNDABLE RATES
A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
If you cancel your reservation or fail to arrive no refunds are available.
PLEASE NOTE: We strongly advise guests take out Travel Insurance at the time of booking. Our insurance is our cancellation policy, and we will adhere to it under any circumstance, including a Force Majeure event of any kind.
