Coragulac House - Cottages
Coragulac House Cottages - offers two very unique accommodation experiences for guests to enjoy. Located in Country Victoria within 1 hours drive to all major Great Ocean Road attractions. Set on 140 acres of pristine farmland guests will enjoy peace and tranquillity of the rural landscape away from the maddening crowds.
The Maids Quarters
Located in the South Wing of the Homestead, originally accommodating the Housekeeper and House Maids in the 1890's. Now fully refurbished, offering two bedrooms, beautifully appointed bathroom with claw foot bath, separate walk in shower, a fully equipped kitchen with laundry facilities and separate living and dining room overlooking the courtyard garden. This fully self contained apartment is beautifully appointed offering guests all the creature comforts you would expect of modern day living and is completely private accommodating up to 4 guests comfortably for short or longer stays.
Monash Cottage
Built in the 1950's as a field station by Monash University to accommodate scientists in the field, studying the Volcanic Hills and Lakes in the Coragulac and Alvie areas.
The cottage has been fully refurbished offering a very unique accommodation experience. With two bedrooms, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and dining area with separate lounge area, the cottage can accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably and is offered for short or longer stays.
If you are looking to experience a truly rural setting, bathe in the serenity of green rolling hills, cattle meandering in the paddocks, magpies chortling and a family of wedge tail eagles circling above with spectacular sun rises and views across the Otway landscape, this is the place for you.

Monash Cottage is Pet Friendly, a pet fee is applicable to all bookings with pets. Please note: we do not allow Pets in the Maids Quarters
No Show Policy
If a "No Show" occurs, bookings will be charged for entire stay.

Cancellation Policy
Standard Cancellation Policy applies to bookings made for the Standard Rate only not including dates declared as Peak Periods, you can cancel up to 7 days prior to arrival without charge. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged full length of stay,
Peak Period Cancellation Policy: Overrides all other cancellation policies, bookings made for dates between 20 December 2021 - 16 January 2022 and 19 December 2022 - 17 January 2023 will be subject to a 30 day cancellation policy: Cancellations can be made 30 days prior to arrival without charge, cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged full length of stay
Promotional Cancellation Policy
This cancellation policy applies to all Promotional/discounted room rates booked and overrides Standard cancellation policy. Promotional Room only room rate, full payment for entire stay is required at time of booking, no cancellations or amendments allowed, prepayment is non refundable if booking is cancelled or amended.
