Telephone bookings will require a valid credit card number to secure the booking and payment is required at check in.

Cancellations on the day of booking or no shows will be charged at the full daily rate.
In peak seasons (NSW school holidays), cancellations within 28 days of arrival will incur a fee of 30% of the total booking.
