BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RATES AND DEPOSIT
• Rates quoted are in Philippine Pesos and are based on indicated room occupancy.
• Room rates quoted are specific to the dates of your stay. Should there be amendments to your arrival and/or departure dates, rates are subject to change.
• The Hotel shall require the guest to make a payment equivalent to the full amount stated in the booking confirmation unless otherwise indicated or agreed upon.
• The Hotel shall collect a deposit for incidental charges via cash or credit card upon check-in.
• For reservations of ten (10) rooms and above, please email the Hotel’s Sales & Marketing Department at reservations@crosswindsresortsuites.com.
• Concessions may be extended to guests staying for thirty (30) consecutive room nights or more. From time to time, the Hotel runs extended stay promotions which guests may also avail of.
• Online payment is highly encouraged.

ELIGIBLE AGE FOR CHECK-IN & SAFETY PROTOCOLS
• You must be at least 18 years of age to check-in and register for a room. Guests 6 to 17 years old are required to present negative antigen test results while those above 18 are required to present their vaccination card and a negative antigen test result taken less than 48 hours before arrival.
• Body temperature check must be done before proceeding to the Front Office area. Guests with body temperatures exceeding 37.5 degrees Celsius will not be allowed to enter the establishment.
• Health declaration forms need to be accomplished upon arrival at the property.
• Footwear should be sanitized by stepping on the sanitation mats at the entrance.
• Physical distancing shall be observed at all times.
• Face mask and face shield should be worn upon entering the hotel and while at common areas.
• Showing guests around the room is prohibited. Luggage assistance is allowed but physical distancing and compliance to safety protocols must be observed.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME
• Check-in time is at 1500H and check-out time is at 1200H; unless otherwise approved by Hotel.
• A local, valid government-issued identification (for local guests) or passport (for foreign guests) is required upon check-in. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in should the guest fail to comply.

EARLY ARRIVAL AND LATE DEPARTURE
• Early check-in is subject to a half-day charge and room availability.
• Should you arrive early in the morning or the night before your check-in date, you are advised to consider making a reservation for the evening before you arrive if the Hotel is fully booked and early check-in cannot be accommodated.
• Please inquire with the Front Desk regarding the availability of late check-out at least 24 hours before departure; charges may apply.

CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
• A valid credit card of the registered guest is required to secure the room reservation.
• The Hotel accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners, and Union Pay.
• For non-Philippine issued credit cards, exchange rates are applicable at the time of reservation but are subject to currency fluctuations and billing will be at the prevailing exchange rate upon completion of your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY
• Except non-cancellable bookings, cancellations, and amendments to your reservation must be made 72 hours (by 1500H Philippine local time) before your arrival date, or a refund of the paid amount shall not be granted.
• In-house guests who decide to shorten their stay shall not be refunded payment for unused room night/s.

NO SHOW POLICY
• Guests who do not arrive within 24 hours of the expected check-in date and time shall not be refunded payment of the booking.
• The Hotel reserves the right to release the booking if the guest does not arrive within the given time frame without prior notice.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
• Fees may be applied for special requests such as an additional guest in the room, bed, amenities, and others.

FURTHER INFORMATION
• No gatherings, parties, or illegal activities are allowed. The Hotel reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.
• In compliance with the city government ordinance, the Hotel has a strict non-smoking policy. The Hotel reserves the right to charge guests for violations, overuse, and/or damages incurred in the room.
• This reservation is non-transferrable and no name change is allowed unless otherwise indicated or agreed upon.
• In proceeding with this reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by the Hotel, your stay shall be subject to the Hotel’s standard terms & conditions and house rules.
• The Hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation if it is of the opinion that the information provided is falsified or incomplete.
• The Hotel reserves the right to amend and/or change these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.
• You shall indemnify and hold the Hotel harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost, and expense of any nature arising out of and/or in connection
with the acceptance of the reservation by the Hotel.
• The Hotel shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the Hotel.
• The reservation and the terms & conditions set forth shall be governed under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Payment Policy

TO GUARANTEE VIA BANK DEPOSIT - 100% of your total reservation should be settled Two (2) days after making the reservation/s. Deposit is non refundable but can be rebooked for bookings covered of 7 days cancellation period. For bookings less than 72 hours (by 1500H Philippine local time), deposit is non refundable and non amendable.
TO GUARANTEE VIA CREDIT CARD- Fill out and sign attached Autodebit form and send via Fax/Email, Credit Card will be Pre-authorized 100% of the total booking Thirteen (13) days prior the date of the arrival, for bookings less than 72 hours (by 1500H Philippine local time) (, Credit card will be Pre-authorized 100% on the booking date.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings failed to settle payment on the given option date shall be automatically released and will be subject to availability.

Note: Please call or email reservations office for rebooking.

• With the exception of non-cancellable bookings, cancellations and amendments to your reservation must be made 72 hours (by 1500H Philippine local time) prior to your arrival date or refund of the paid amount shall not be granted.

Important note: In case of calamities and such, only modification of booking is allowed without any refund / charge back.
