Terms & Conditions

STANDARD HOUSE RULES
1. Check-in starts at 2:00 PM: early check-in 200/hr (max. of 5 hrs only)
2. Check-out 12:00 NN only: late check-out 200/hr (max. of 5 hrs only)
3. Security deposit amounting to Php 2,000.00 in cash will be collected upon check-in, refundable upon check-out after room clearance. * We do not hold credit card amount as a form of deposit.
4. Strictly NO SMOKING & NO ILLEGAL DRUGS.
Penalty Charges:
a. Smoking Guest- The security deposit will be forfeited in full.
(For smoking guest, we have an available smoking area at CS Lounge on the 18th floor)
b. Use of illegal drugs –security deposit will be forfeited in full (imprisonment)
5. NO washing of C Suites linen or towel items, the security deposit will be forfeited in full.
6. The use of kitchenware is upon request, please ask assistance first to our personnel.
7. No pets allowed.
8. Lost or damaged keys will be charged 500 per key.
9. Lost and damaged items will be charged accordingly
10. Hair Dryer, Iron with Board is free upon request (subject to availability)

Daily Housekeeping is available from 9 AM - 7 PM only. Special request for cleaning time is subject to availability.

DISCLAIMER:
*C Suites is neither a hotel nor a condominium name;
*Our residential condo units with perfectly design rooms branded as “C Suites”, provide flexible and affordable accommodations for short-term to long-term stays.
*Please be reminded that pay parking inside the building is beyond C Suites management control and we cannot guarantee an available slot upon move-in. (FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS) charges also apply by Megaworld Basement Parking.
*Main lobby on the ground floor is the residential reception of the building and not connected with C Suites.
*For security purposes, all move-in/out must be coordinated by C Suites to the ground floor.
*All concerns must be directly reported to CSuites (18J) and not to the ground lobby.
*Two Central Main Lobby serves as the main security of the building, only registered guest is allowed to enter the premises, guest’s visitors must log in and leave their Valid ID at the ground floor main lobby. To prevent inconvenience, please let C Suites know the name of your companion (room occupancy policy applies).
*The emergency generators of the building are not like hotel emergency generators. Ours is designed only to provide emergency power to the building fire alarm system, common area lighting (building hallways, a few amenities, lobby, and parking garage), one elevator; 1 socket, and light per unit.

Amenity Access:
*Indoor Pool, Outdoor Pool, Kiddie Pool, Fitness Center: Open 8 AM - 10 PM
* Playground is open daily.
*Only registered guest is allowed to use the amenity area such as Indoor Swimming Pool, Outdoor Swimming Pool, kiddie pools and Fitness Center (room occupancy policy applies) For additional usage cost Php 200.00/person.
*Cleaning schedule may vary without prior notice, depending on the condition of the pools and the admin.

Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool has no Lifeguard on duty. Bringing food and/or drinks in breakable containers within the pool area is prohibited. Poolside furniture is allotted on a “first-come, first-served” basis and will not be reserved. You may bring C Suites provided towels, do not leave the towels in the pool area, any lost towels will be a charge to the guest's account.
The Property Management Group reserves, within discretion, the right to close or limit its use to give way on schedule preventive maintenance, special event(s), or at any time due to weather disturbances, operational difficulties, and if deemed not safe to use. 

ALL DAY MEAL SERVICE: Coupon will be issued to the guest upon check-in, consume your meal from Monday-Saturday at:
30 Restaurant: 6:30 AM - 10:00 PM ( Serves: ALL DAY plated meal in Filipino Cuisine) 1 coupon = 2 meals- UNDER MAINTENANCE
102 Izakaya Restaurant 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM (Serves: ALL DAY set menu in Japanese Cuisine) 1 coupon =1 set menu ( former OSAKATSU)
*Sunday and Holiday breakfast/meal is a room service breakfast: 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM serving time only.

Payment Policy

Payment must be settled within 48 hours after booking.

We highly encourage guest to settle payment via bank transfer/ credit or debit card before check-in date to guarantee reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
Cancel booking 7 days prior to check-in date: 100% refundable
Cancel booking 6-5 days prior to check-in date: 80% refundable
Cancel booking 4-3 days prior to check-in date: 50% refundable
Cancel booking 1-2 days prior to check-in date: non- refundable
