Terms & Conditions
Reservations should be made well in advance, particularly for the weekends.
All children are welcome. An additional child under 12 is charged NZD 40 per person per night in an extra bed, NZD 20 for a portacot.
The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay
Payment Policy
Payment to be made at Check-in.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 48 hours of arrival date will result in 100% cancellation fee
for the room tariff. When you make a reservation, room/s are held for you. We will not re-book your room unless you cancel or alter the booking. Therefore cancellations/no shows affect us greatly. Because of this we apply the following cancellation policy:
1. A minimum of 48 hours notice from arrival date is required for cancellations/amendments of a reservation for peak periods (e.g. public/school holidays, anniversary weekends, etc).
2. A minimum of 48 hours notice from arrival date is required for
cancellations/amendments of a reservation over non-peak periods (e.g. June to September inclusive).
3. A cancellation/amendment to a reservation (or an existing stay) advised outside of these time frames or a no show will result in a Cancellation Fee equal to the total amount.
