Terms & Conditions

By booking you agree to the following terms and conditions.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Check-in time is from 3 pm until 9pm. If you arrive before this time you are more than welcome to drop your bags off at reception, however may not be able to check in. Please note that our Reception closes at 9pm. Check in outside of these times may not be available, you will have to contact the hotel directly.
- Check out time is 10 am. You may be able to purchase a late check out of 12pm midday for an extra $25. This excludes previously purchased packages including complimentary late check out.
- Previously purchased packages are subject to surcharges for room upgrades, separate bedding (where available) and additional guests as well as on weekends and/or peak periods at the discretion of the hotel.
- Previously purchased packages through Third Parties (Groupon etc) will not be honoured if no voucher is presented at the time of check in. Guests will need to present the voucher for validation prior to or upon arrival or pay the full amount of the booking total upon check in.
- No refunds will be given for early check-outs.

EXTRA GUESTS, SERVICES & SURCHARGES
- The rates and packages are inclusive of up to two guests per room, any more than two people sharing a room will incur a surcharge per night to accommodate additional bedding, laundry and housekeeping where applicable.

- If two guests are sharing a room where separate bedding is required (Rooms 1, 6, 8, 9 or 10) a nightly surcharge to accommodate additional bedding, laundry and housekeeping costs is applicable at a nightly rate of $50p/p
- Infants or children (under 10) are accommodated free of charge in existing queen size bed when sharing with 1 or more adults if not requiring additional continental breakfast package, bedding, laundry or housekeeping.

PRICING
- The prices are shown are per room per night and in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and are inclusive of all taxes for the numbers of persons and dates selected, unless otherwise indicated.
- All room rates include basic housekeeping, however if guests require fresh linens or beds to be made a request must be made to accommodation staff prior to 10am on the day the service is required and incur a surcharge of $25 per bed.
- No substitutions, amendments or price matching is applicable after booking has been confirmed.
- All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or an individual over the age of 18. The property has the right to refuse any booking when the legal parent/guardian over 18 cannot produce current photo ID.
- Quotes and reservations are subject to availability and actual pricing at the time of booking. Any verbal quote given is an estimate only of the price, which will be subject to written advice on confirmation of the reservation.

Payment Policy

Reservations may be charged at anytime within 14 days of the check in date. If prepayment is not processed manually by our team then payment is due upon arrival.

Please note if your booking is not processed due to inadequate funds it will be cancelled if we are unable to contact you and arrange payment within 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy

- Reservations may be amended or cancelled up to 14 days prior to your scheduled date of arrival at the property without penalty.
- Reservations cancelled within 14 days of check in are subject to full charge of the reservation and forfeit any prepaid fees.
- All cancellation or change of date requests must be made via email and approved by hotel management, where automatic cancellation via software and online channels is not available.

If a booking is cancelled or approved for amendment within 14 days or the scheduled arrival date the full reservation amount is due at the time of cancellation or prior to confirming changes to the reservation.

COVID 19 POLICY
Reservations cancelled due to illness must provide a valid doctors certificate.

In the event of a Victorian government imposed lockdown reservations will be automatically cancelled and issued with a voucher to the amount of the reservation to be used for future stay. Vouchers are valid for the total dollar amount but are not reflective of the room type or days of stay.
If a Victorian lockdown is not in affect but your reservation is affected by other government imposed travel restrictions such as border closures guests will be required to contact us to confirm a cancellation and a voucher will be issued for a return stay.
