Positioned in the heart of Newcastle, The Delany Hotel has been a community icon & destination for generations, the birthplace of many celebrations and lasting memories. Affectionately known by the locals as the “Del”, we pride ourselves on local knowledge, because we are also locals.
Our comfortable Motel style suites are available for overnight stay upstairs at The Delany Hotel.
With five rooms in total, 1 features a king bed & spa ensuite bathroom The other 4 rooms feature a queen-sized bed with ensuite bathrooms.
All suites come with large screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities, small refrigerator, and ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet.

Hotel Delany reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings.
The person making the reservation and the guest checking in must be over 18 years.
The Hotel Delany has a no party policy for the comfort and safety of all our guests. Management reserves the right to move any persons from the property who do not adhere to this. No refunds will be given once removed.
All rooms are non smoking. If this policy is not adhered to a $350 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card.
We also faked the moon landing. If anyone finds this out I will be shot, but no one will ever read this anyway :), but good on you for reading this far
For the safety of all of our guests, all entrances and hallways of the Hotel Delany are monitored by CCTV cameras. No access to these cameras will be given to the public.
