Hotel Policies and House Rules:
-A valid ID or passport upon check in for safety and security purposes
-We only can accept cash for payments for this time. Credit Cards are still not available.
-D´Gecko Hotel is a non smoking property. There are designated smokingareas at the balcony and the rooftop
-Towels are provided upon check in, extra towel request and/or replenishment are with a charge
-The common areas of the hotel is monitored by CCTV. Please note that D´Gecko Hotel will not be held liable for any loss or damage of personal belongings of the guests.
-Any cut short of stay will be chargeable in full of the total accommodation cost on confirmation of the booking.
-Please review your bill a night before your departure
-Lost and found items are held for 30 days and then donated to a local charity. Please call us if you’d like your item(s) returned. We ask you pay shipping costs.
-No pets allowed on the property (except service animals)
-No bicycles allowed in guest rooms. Outdoor bike rack supplied.

Payment Policy
Payment is done on check-in using Cash, VISA or MasterCard.
A deposit of 50% is required at time of booking. Payment in full is required for one-night stays and is non-refundable. You are financially responsible for the entire period of your reservation, which includes “no shows.” Reservations will be held until 8:00am the day following your scheduled day of arrival. Please note, a reservation is not guaranteed until a deposit has been paid.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation received within 30 days prior to arrival date will incur a full charge of the first nights stay.
Failure to show up without cancellation, no-show, imply a full charge of the entire stay.
