OUR COVID-19 POLICY
Should the COVID-19 pandemic and government restrictions make it impossible for you to stay with us, we are able to cancel, postpone or refund bookings. Please contact us immediately should your circumstances be affected by these to discuss your options.

There are persons living and working at Diana Alpine Lodge that are deemed to be high risk, even though they are fully vaccinated. Please respect our policy of only allowing fully vaccinated guests to stay.

If you have not been vaccinated or do not have proof that you are, you will not be permitted to stay. Cancellations and refunds are permitted as long as we are advised prior arrival.

Any guests that do stay with us will be required to follow all the directives including proof of full vaccination, temperature checks, wearing of face masks, practice good hygiene and social-distancing. Anyone who is or have been exposed to someone who is unwell or suspected to have coronavirus, they are discouraged from staying.

Regulations are changing constantly we urge all travellers to keep informed and be aware of any travel restrictions that may impact their stay.

MEALS
Breakfast is included in all packages.
Please advise us of any special dietary requirements prior to arrival so we may cater for you.
During winter while we do not provide dinner there will be small "apres-ski" tapas or bar snacks available in the Moutain Bar Lounge between 5-7 pm.
At certain times (particularly in November - April) some additional dining options may be available. Please contact the lodge to discuss.

Please note: there are no self-catering facilities at the lodge but we are here to assist you in finding suitable options for dining out.

NO COOKING FACILIITES
Guests are not permitted to bring cooking equipment into their rooms and doing so will be regarded in breach of our terms and conditions, and will be required to remove the items, pay a cleaning fee according to the damage done, pay any call-out fee for CFA if the fire alarm is triggered due to cooking and maybe asked to leave the lodge should they not adhere to these instructions.

LICENSED PREMISE
Diana Alpine Lodge is fully licensed; so we cannot permit guests to bring their own alcohol into the lodge.
The Mountain Lounge and bar has an excellent view and is a great place to enjoy the day's end.

FACILITIES
The 4 person spa is operational between 3 - 7 pm; and the 2-3 person infrared sauna is available at all times.
While free WIFI is available, the service can be limited and times and some rooms do not receive a strong signal.

CHECK IN/OUT
Check in is 3 pm and check out is 9.30 am. Outside of these times guests may store luggage at the lodge and use the guest lounge and facilities.
We reserve the right to charge a bond on arrival.

TRAVEL INSURANCE AND AMBULANCE MEMBERSHIP
All guests are strongly encouraged to have travel insurance and ambulance membership because of being in a remote alpine area that is subject to variable conditions, long distance from some levels of medical care and typically guests are engaged in activities here with an element of risk.

SNOWSPORTS RENTAL
Both our neighbours offer great rental services. Central Snowsports encourage online bookings - use the special DIANA15 promotional code (must be booked 48 hours prior to arrival). Yogis Ski and Snowboard always have a 10% discount on online bookings 48 hours prior to arrival and a 5% discount for our guests for the walk-in rate.

ALPINE GLAMPING
Dinner, breakfast and lunch packs will be provided as part of the package. All bedding, seating, torches and some amenities will be provided for comfort.
This activity is recommended to people who are experienced campers, who are comfortable in remote locations and have appropriate communications and personal gear.
The tent will be set up in the Alpine National Park and will be subjected to conditions such as Park closures, extreme weather or bushfire risk. Guests will not be charged under these circumstances.
This is a rental arrangement a bond of $300 will be required, and on receiving a complete inventory that is in reasonable condition will be refunded after departure.
Tent will be accessible from 3 pm. There are no shower facilities in the National Park, but tent will be close to public toilet. Guests are welcome to use lodge facilities for showering or shelter at any time if required.

BE INFORMED - KNOW YOUR DESTINATION
Guests are urged to be familiar with the weather, snow or Alpine National Park conditions which may affect access to Falls Creek or which activities may be undertaken while in Falls Creek. In winter there are resort entry and parking fees and at times in summer there maybe restrictions on parking locations.

We do not accept AMEX,

A deposit of 30% is required at time of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior arrival. If the booking is made for less than 30 days in advance then full payment is required at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or changes to bookings will not be permitted for any reason. Once confirmed a booking cannot be refunded or altered in any way.

Under exceptional circumstances bookings may be transferred to another date, subject to availability.

COVID-19 policy: Should guests be affected by any government regulations that prevent them from stay or have been instructed to isolate, they are able to cancel and can request a refund or transfer of monies paid to a later date. Please contact us directly to discuss
