Dinner Plain Mt Hotham Accommodation offers a range of chalets, lodges and apartments for holiday rentals in the Victoria High Country in the snow line of Dinner Plain. A family friendly holiday destination. During the winter Dinner Plain has a beginners ski slop along with a snow play park for all ages. Mount Hotham Ski Resort is just a short drive. Terms & Conditions

Property changes: A request to change property within thirty days of arrival will be considered a cancellation of the original booking and Cancellation Clause will apply. A request to change property thirty days or more prior to arrival date and after the deposit has been paid, will incur a $100.00 fee.
Booking deferral: Subject to availability, a booking may be deferred to an alternative date within the same season, provided the booking is for the same property and a $50.00 fee is paid. Tariff increase due to date changes will apply. Tariff decrease due to date changes will be subject to a refund.
Security Deposit: The person making the reservation and paying the require tariff to DPAMS is deemed responsible for care and security of the property during the period of their stay in the property. A valid credit card number must be lodged with DPAMS prior to or on key collection. Any loss/damage to property and or fittings, excessive cleaning in accordance with cleaning time frames and or late checkout will result in the amount applicable being deducted from the credit card. If no credit card available, a cash deposit of $500.00 must be lodged with DPAMS prior to key collection. Security deposit will be returned upon departure providing conditions of occupation have been met. We cannot allow you access to the property unless the conditions of this clause have been met.
Tariff Reductions: There will be no tariff reductions for failure of appliances within the property that do not affect the safe and hygienic occupation.
Additional items: DPAMS is not required to supply household/electrical items (for example, blankets, DVD players, and bedding for window beds) that are not present in the property on arrival.
Dogs: Penalties will be charge where a dog has been kept in a property which is not dog friendly.

Payment Policy

Please update Payment Policy

Deposit: Deposit of 50% of total tariff is required within fourteen days of booking unless booking is made within thirty days of arrival then full payment is required on booking. Where deposit is unpaid after fourteen days, DPAMS reserves the right to cancel the booking without further notice. For Easter, Christmas, New Years, and the winter ski season, deposit of $400.00 is to be paid upon booking.
Payments: Direct deposit, Visa and Master Card are accepted with a 1.5% surcharge.

Cancellation Policy

Please update Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: Written notice of cancellation thirty days or more prior to arrival will incur a fee of 10% of total tariff. The balance of monies paid will be refunded. If less than thirty days notice is given no monies will be refunded unless the property can be re-booked. We recommend that you take travel insurance to cover against cancellation penalties due to involuntary cancellation.
