Guest listed takes full responsibility for payment of daily rate during stay.
Check-in time starts at 2 PM.
Check-in time ends at 8 PM.
Advanced notice required for check-in after 8 PM.
Please phone ahead for early check in availability.
Check-out time is 10 AM.
Front desk (limited hours).
Front desk opens daily at 11 AM.
Only service dogs are allowed.
Pets not allowed.
Strictly no smoking within rooms or hotel.
All property of guests remains their responsibility during stay. The hotel accepts no responsibility to personal property loss or damage.
Drivers licence or other identification is required upon check in.
Credit Card details are recorded on arrival to cover any mini bar purchases or damages/loss of hotel property.
All mini bar purchases will be charged to guests listed credit card upon departure unless otherwise organised with management.
Any guests smoking in their rooms will be charged a $200 cleaning fee and one additional nights stay. This covers the hotels loss of income to close and clean room to remove any smoke odour.
Any guests smoking in their rooms that activate smoke alarms will be charged $1000 to cover building evacuation and fire brigade attendance fee.
ALL ROOM CARDS THAT HAVE BEEN ISSUED DURING STAY MUST BE RETURNED OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED A FEE OF $20 PER CARD.

By signing this form the guest listed agrees to all terms and conditions listed.

Payment Policy

STRICTLY 7 DAYS,
WE REQUIRE PAYMENT OF ALL HOTEL CHARGE-BACK'S WITHIN 7 DAYS.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is required within 72 hours to secure full refund.
Cancellation is required with 24 hours to secure all but first night refund.

* Cancellations during peak periods such as Christmas and New Years Eve are required within 72 hours. Any cancellations outside of this forfeit entire booking fee.
