We want you to experience our spacious open plan home and garden with many spaces available to take a moment from your busy schedule. At our retreat it is all about the environment and making sure you have the opportunity to get away from it all so there is no Television or Wi Fi. Take time to sit and chat over a wine or cuppa , laugh while playing dominos or scrabble, walk in the garden and hear the Tuis.

Our rates are one room per night with a maximum of 2 adults and include breakfast.
Our arrival and departure policy is:
Check in: From 3.00 pm onwards
Check out: 10.00 am
However if we are warned in advance of any special requirements outside these hours we will do our utmost to accommodate you.
Our weekend packages have let check in and late check out.
Payment Policy
Visa, & Master Card are accepted as well as online banking.
We cannot accept Diners and AMEX credit cards
Credit cards are charged on check out
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is:
Cancellation is free up to 48 hours of arrival
Less than 48 hours notice 100% charge of the booking
Should you not arrive a loss of 100% will apply
