Down to Earth Farm Retreat
We are located on a private 130 acre property just 10 minutes from the large town of Bairnsdale.
This is the only accommodation of its type in Australia and the apartments provide guests with a luxurious stay. The apartments have been built inside the earth and the roof is a garden.
Very close by are the lakes, rivers, oceans and forests. Walk, hike, swim, cycle, go fishing, and see native birds and animals in their natural environment. Visit wineries, local markets or the nearby micro-brewery. Our location is central to all of this and its elevation offers some of the most stunning views in the region.

It is a requirement that our property be respected and that the apartments are vacated in the condition in which you find them.
Rental of the apartments is for only the number of guests indicated on the rental information guests provide. The number of persons in each accommodation is restricted by this policy and by local Council regulation.
The owners must be contacted prior to other persons entering the property to ensure no requirements are breached.
No gatherings of other persons, for example BBQs, parties etc. are permitted.
Noise must be kept to a minimum, thus respecting the rights of other guests or neighbours.
We like animals but unfortunately we are not able to have them at Down to Earth Farm Retreat.

Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation occurs ONE DAY or LESS before a reservation you will be required to pay the equivalent of the cost of one night of accommodation.
It would be appreciated that necessary cancellations are communicated with as much prior notice as possible to allow the booking to be opened for others to access.
