Dragonlink Suites is not a hotel nor condominium name. It is an inventory of residential condo units in Bel-Air Soho Condominium located at the heart of Makati City. Dragonlink Suites operated and managed by Dragonlink Condotel Management Inc.

Accommodation Details
Terms & Conditions
1. Check-in time is 1:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00NN. Kindly ensure that the unit key is handed over to Dragonlink office, 10 mins prior to check-out to give ample time for us to check the room. Late check-out is subject to additional charge of P200 per hour. Check-out time beyond 6:00PM is considered one (1) night stay.
2. If the guests plans to extend, he/she has to inform the Front Office and settle the payment before 12:00NN. This is subject to the availability of the room.
3. The Tenant/ Guests must settle his/her payment prior to check-in and extension and all bills must be fully settled prior to check-out. Failure to do so will make guest liable for Stafa (swindling).
4. The Tenant /Guest shall use the unit exclusively for residential purposes only. Maximum occupancy for room shall be (2) persons.
5. The tenant/Guest is required to disclose their companions in the Front Desk for security purposes.
6. Maintenance personnel shall be allowed by the guests to check the room as the case may be.
7. For long staying Tenant/Guest (at least seven days) at a discounted rate, advance payment is required. Reservation and/or advance payment is non-refundable in case of pre-termination.
8. The management is not responsible for damage or destruction of persona property belonging to Tenant/ Guest due to or caused by fire, water, mildew, dampness, mold, theft, burglary, or mysterious disappearance. Tenant/Guest is responsible for insuring his or her personal property. Nevertheless, the management will fully cooperate in the course of the investigation.\
9. Damage or any item inside the condotel unit should be charge accordingly. In case the condotel unit key is damage/ loss Php 500 penalty shall be surcharged.
10. Tenant and their guests shall NOT SMOKE inside of the building. The following are subject to penalty.
a) Smoking in the lobby, hallway and elevator.
b) Playing of the elevator buttons.
c) Playing fire alarms in the building.
11. Tenant and their guests/visitors prohibit to do the following: PLAYING / TAMPERING OF BUILDING FACILITIES (I.E SMOKE DETECTOR / ELEVATOR, others)
As per code of the Philippines: 4.5 Playing / Tampering with Certain Building Facilities (such as FDAS, unit smoke detectors, fire sprinkler, electrical, others)
Building PENALTIES AND VIOLATION of Specific Rules to wit:
4.5.1 1st Violation - Php 10,000.00
4.5.2 2nd Violation - Php 15,000.00
4.5.3 3rd Violation - PHP 20,000.00
12. The Guest/Tenant is required to follow strictly the rules and regulations of Bel-Air Soho Condominium & Dragonlink Condotel Management during their stay, otherwise the Management will have the right to exclude them from the premises.
Payment Policy
Payment must be made before or upon check-in date.
We highly encourage guest to settle payment via bank transfer before check-in date to guarantee reservation.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel booking 7 days prior to check-in date: 100% refundable
Cancel booking 6-5 days prior to check-in date: 80% refundable
Cancel booking 4-3 days prior to check-in date: 50% refundable
Cancel booking 1-2 days prior to check-in date: non- refundable
Cancellation during stay is non-refundable
