Relaxing 100 acre farm and forest property, featured on Channel 9's Postcards WA and Getaway, only minutes from Dunsborough town centre and the beach. We have accommodation to suit couples to large family groups.
Awaken to birdsong on 100 acres of farm and bush land. Unwind away from the larger retreats and enjoy our unique jarrah Rail Carriages, our two bedroom Cedar Cottages, our Limestone two bedroom cottages or the Farm House for larger groups.
The Limestone Cottage includes spa bath, air conditioner, TV, DVD, pot belly stove, linen & towels, washing machine and BBQ.
The Cedar Cottage includes air conditioner, TV, DVD/USB pert, pot belly stove, linen & towels, washing machine and BBQ.
The Rail Carriages are designed for couples, but the sofa bed can accommodate up to two extra guests (ideally smaller children) by arrangement. They include a TV, DVD, air conditioner, linen & towels, shared bbq, and a veranda looking over the forest.
Bask in the tranquility of country life and relax to the sound of the wind as it flows through the peppermint and gum trees.
Have a relaxing breakfast on the veranda while watching the kangaroos and birds, or take a leisurely stroll as the chickens scurry. Collect eggs, feed the chickens and the alapcas.
The beautiful beaches at Dunsborough and Yallingup, restaurants, wineries, horse riding, golf, fishing, surfing and sailing are only minutes away.

Terms & Conditions
Check in: If the office is unattended the key is left on a hook on the Guest Whiteboard with your name next to it outside our office. The office is located at the Office House, to the right off the main driveway from the road.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR CONFIRMATION CAREFULLY TO ENSURE NUMBER OF GUESTS AND ANY PETS ARE CORRECTLY BOOKED.

Only pre-booked guests are permitted to stay on the property.
Any additional guest requirements MUST be agreed with management prior to arrival and extra tariff charges may apply.
Dog Rules:
1. ALL dogs must be registered with the office prior to arrival.
2: Dogs MUST be kept on a lead at all times while outside.
3: Dogs MUST sleep inside at night and on their own bedding provided by the owners.
4. Dogs MUST NOT climb over furnishings and beds.
5. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs at all times.
Dogs are charged at $10.00 each for length of stay. Maximum of 2 dogs only.
Payment Policy
Payment will be processed within 5 business days.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: In all cases a minimum $35 administration fee applies to all cancellations.
Less than 14 days prior to arrival 25% of total tariff. Less than 7 days prior to arrival 50% of total tariff. Less than 1 day prior to arrival 100% of total tariff. During peak tariff periods there are no refunds available unless the unit is resold. If the unit is resold a fee of one nights tariff will apply.
