Terms and Conditions
Please take the time to read and understand our Terms and Conditions as your booking with Dunsborough Ridge Retreat constitutes acceptance of those Terms and Conditions.

Deposits
1. All bookings must be confirmed with credit card details and a minimum of 50% of your total reservation fee is required to secure your booking.
2. Payments can be made with Visa or MasterCard and we don't charge any credit card fee.
3. Balance of your accommodation payment is required at check-in and there will be no refunds of your total accommodation payment if for any reason you depart earlier than your reserved booking period.

Tariffs/Rates
Please note all rates are $AUD and GST inclusive
1. Dunsborough Ridge Retreat reserves the right to alter rates at any time, regardless of previously printed or advertised materials and cannot honour out-of-date or inaccurately published rates.
2. Current and correct rates will be published on this website.
3. Note prior to staying that bookings are subject to Terms & Conditions.

General
1. Check-In is from 2pm. Confirmation of your expected arrival time would be greatly appreciated. Check-Out is by 10am.
2. Dunsborough Ridge Retreat is a smoke-free property. Any breach of this condition will incur extra expense for additional cleaning and any resultant damage.
3. Guests acknowledge that additional charges are levied where more than two persons are staying in the Villas. Persons occupying Villas in excess of those numbers indicated on the booking form are not permitted.
4. We are pleased to provide a high quality of accommodation and standard of cleanliness. Guests are requested to leave the Villa, its fixtures, fittings and furniture, in similar state as found (eg dishes washed and put away). In the event extra cleaning is required above that generally expected, an extra charge to cover the cost of this additional cleaning will be made to your credit card.
5. Please respect the privacy and comfort of our other guests. Excessive noise and any anti-social behaviour may result in termination of your reservation and no refund of any unused portion of your reservation.
6. Guests acknowledge that the property is a relaxing retreat accommodating 2 adults per villa. Subject to prior consent with Dunsborough Ridge Retreat, any visiting children must be kept under adequate adult supervision and control at all times.
7. In the event that any property is damaged maliciously, or beyond normal wear and tear associated with a short-stay accommodation, or in the event that property belonging to Dunsborough Ridge Retreat is lost or taken during the course of the stay, Dunsborough Ridge Retreat reserves the right to charge the reasonable cost for repair or replacement of that property (including keys) to the Guest and the Guest acknowledges that the charge may be debited from the credit card or facility used for payment of the booking.
8. Dunsborough Ridge Retreat will not be liable for any loss or damage relating to the personal property of a Guest except where that loss or damage is due to the negligence or wilful default of Dunsborough Ridge Retreat or its personnel.
9. No responsibility is taken by Dunsborough Ridge Retreat for any personal property of the Guest during the Guest’s stay or any property left in the Villas after departure.
10. Lost property will be held for a term of 3 months and where possible, Dunsborough Ridge Retreat will make contact to advise the guest of any property left in the villas. It is the Guest’s responsibility to contact Dunsborough Ridge Retreat to claim any lost property and to pay for any cost associated with its return.
11. Dunsborough Ridge appreciates feedback from our Guests and respects the privacy of our Guest's data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and our Privacy Policies. Guests acknowledge and consent to their email details being provided to Trip Advisor for the purpose of seeking feedback via an email solicitation from Trip Advisor in the form of survey or review request. Such an request will be sent to Guests following their stay at Dunsborough Ridge Retreat.

Payment Policy

A deposit of 50% of your total booking amount is requested to confirm your booking. This amount will be charged to your credit card.

We are pleased to accept VISA and MasterCard and will not charge any associated credit card fee.

Cancellation Policy

Dunsborough Ridge Retreat appreciates that under certain circumstances you may need to change your plans. Please note: the cancellation details below are for bookings made DIRECT with the property only. Bookings made via OTAs (ie third party booking platforms) are subject to the cancellation provisions provided for the property on the OTA website.
1. If cancellation occurs no less than 14 days prior to your booked date of stay, your deposit will be refunded in full .
2. If cancellation occurs between 7-14 days prior to your booked date of stay, your deposit will be forfeited unless your reservation is transferred in full to an alternative date (subject to availability).
3. Cancellation or change to your booking within 7 days of your booked date of stay, or if you do not arrive for your stay, for any reason, will result in liability for the total accommodation payment of your reservation booking and this amount will be debited to your credit card.
