Payment to be made upon checking in. Guest booked directly or through a booking agent will have their credit card charged on the day of ARRIVAL, unless other arrangements are in place. Company accounts are 7 days nett.

During very busy times we will require a deposit or full payment prior to arrival to secure bookings.

Guest booked through a booking agent or directly will have their credit card charged on the day of arrival, unless other arrangements are in place.

Accounts are 7 days net.
Payments can be made direct to Bank Account BSB 082407 Account 412552688 Please quote guests name or invoice number.

Cancellation Policy

If this booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the arrival date, a cancellation fee may apply equal to the first nights accommodation.
Cancellation or major changes to bookings of 5 nights or 5 rooms or more require 7 days notice or the booking may attract a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking.
The fee will be deducted from the credit card securing the booking. If the card declines, the full BAR rate for the booking will apply together with recovery costs.
