Emu Bay Holiday Homes is a coastal property with exceptional sea views set on 5 acres of beautiful gardens and native trees where birds and wildlife abounds. Accommodation is fully self catering with all bed linen, bath towels, basic condiments, coffee, tea supplied and well equipped cooking facilities provided. Each unit has its own unique sea views of Emu Bay and is spread out allowing each guest their own space, privacy, peace and tranquility. Two cabins, two cottages, three houses and an apartment caters for couples, families and groups of all sizes. Enjoy our home as yours for a little while.

Terms & Conditions
Emu Bay Holiday Homes is non-smoking indoors please. Smoking is permitted outside. Please use cigarette butt trays provided.
Included occupancy is based on 2 people. All persons over 1 year old pays the additional charge. Infants under 1 year old are$10 per night. Cot hire fee applies if required.
No pets are allowed on the property due to the abundance of local wildlife. Registered guide dogs can be arranged BY PRIOR APPROVAL only. Please request on booking as only certain units are suitable.
The property is self catering. It is appreciated that you will do a basic tidy up - all dishes need to be washed, DRIED and packed away. Rubbish put in outside bins please. Please switch off air conditioning and all other electrical appliances.
The property is self check in. Check in details will be supplied after full payment has been received. Please replace keys in the key box on departure.
IF A UNIT IS LEFT IN A STATE THAT REQUIRES MORE THAN THE NORMAL CLEANING, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE CHARGED AT $40/HOUR.
Payment Policy
A 20 % deposit or fee for the first night needs to be paid on booking to secure your booking.
Final payment is due 7 days before arrival.
Payment can be made using your credit card directly when you book. A 1.8% surcharge applies for payments by credit card.
To avoid paying a surcharge a direct deposit can be done.
