ESPERANCE CENTRAL APARTMENTS-located at 73 The Esplanade, the port side of town, opposite the Yacht Club, skate parks, playgrounds and TSQ restaurant. Fabulous central location and ideal for young families! The 2 bedroom apartments are compact and cosy and a short walk to town, the foreshore beach and most amenities. Self-serviced means you get to look after yourself but we're only a phone call away should you need anything at all. The 1 bedroom apartments are a fabulous base for couples looking to explore the Esperance region.

THE BEACH HOUSE & VILLAS-located at 20 The Esplanade, tanker jetty side of town, right on the foreshore and a 5 minute walk one way to the jetty, or 5 minutes the other direction into town. These apartments and Villas have been recently refurbished, all ideal for couples wanting that extra bit of space that these offer. The original "Beach House" is the 2 bedroom main apartment that offers a veranda overlooking the ocean. The "Beach Apartment" is the one bedroom adjoining one also with an ocean view. Stay in our one bedroom apartments to self-cater with a well equipped kitchenette, dining & lounge setting and TV space. Perfect for couples on their Esperance getaway. Location is close to everything Esperance has to offer, including a 5 minute walk to the town centre, Pier Hotel and Taylor Street Quarters. Don't forget about our shared space which has a big BBQ and free laundry facilities. Our WIFI is excellent and also complimentary.

These compact apartments have a queen and 2 single beds in separate rooms. There is also a small lounge/dining room and kitchenette with full-sized fridge. All cooking utensils, stove-top and microwave oven make it ideal for self-catering. There's also the shared space that has big a BBQ and free laundry facilities. While perfect for young families or friends, they may not be suitable if you really desire a larger space. You'll love how close the parks, restaurants, shops and Esperance bay is, everything is across the road! Our WIFI is excellent and also complimentary.

Also with its private balcony looking toward the foreshore and parks at Taylor street. A fabulous spot for a couple wanting more space or a family getaway. Please note this apartment is not suitable for infants or children below the age of eight.

We make every effort to ensure the apartment is available as booked, however we reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforseen circumstances.

Once the rental period has commenced there are no refunds for early termination.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest or invitee of a guest and do not take responsibility for any loss, damage or destruction to any personal property brought onto these premises. Personal property shall include: any personal effects, and motor vehicles parked on the premises. Your credit card will be charged for any damages to the premises, incidental charges, applicable smoking fees, or any other charges relating to your stay at Esperance Central Apartments and Beach House & Villas. Please refer to our website for full Terms & Conditions.

Payment Policy

Deposits and Payments: A deposit equal to one night's tariff is payable upon booking.

Balance of payment 30 days prior to arrival would be appreciated. We accept Visa & MasterCard (1% surcharge)

Please Note:

During peak seasons such as Christmas, Easter, school holidays and long weekends we do require 50% payment upon booking and cancellation will incur a non-refundable $200 fee. Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If we aren't advised otherwise we reserve the right to charge the nominated credit card at payment due date.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival your deposit will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee. If cancelled or modified within 14 days the full tariff will be charged.
Bookings over peak periods such as school holidays, Christmas, Easter and long weekends are non-refundable. In the event that we are able to rebook cancelled nights we will provide a refund less one night cancellation fee.
