WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE YOU IF YOU ARE UNWELL WHEN YOU ARRIVE. IF YOU BECOME UNWELL DURING YOUR STAY YOU MUST NOTIFY US BY TELEPHONE OR E-MAIL. Our accommodation unit is completely independent of the main house. and will be deep cleaned BEFORE your stay and AFTER you check out. Supplies will be replenished from baskets located outside the unit. We feel that we have a great location, midway between the Milawa Cheese Factory and Brown Brothers Winery and close to the centre of the township- easy walking distance to the very heart of the Milawa Gourmet Region and, for cycling enthusiasts, in close proximity to the Murray to Mountains Rail Trail. We can offer you a comfortable queen size bed, good for 1 or 2 people, separate bathroom, toilet and small kitchenette, equipped with toaster, coffee maker, kettle, bar fridge and microwave. We supply all linen, towels soap, shampoo and body lotion as well as a selection of tea, coffee and sweeteners. We supply a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Our accommodation unit is fitted with split system air conditioning, wall mounted LED screen TV and USB charging points to recharge your mobile devices. We are accredited members of Hosted Accommodation Australia and the Milawa Gourmet region Association.

Due to the current COVID-19 lockdown situation we are closed for new bookings up to November 2021. Existing bookings will be honoured as far as COVID-19 restrictions permit. Prepayment in full is required at the time of booking.

We are not able to accept cash , cheques . There are no EFTPOS facilities on site.
Guests will be held responsible for the replacement cost of any breakages or damages to amenities caused by them in the accommodation unit or anywhere else on the property.
Please note that there is NO SMOKING anywhere inside buildings or anywhere else on our property- we pride ourselves on our clean country air and need to be aware we do live in an area where grass fires or bush fires will start easily. Multiple smoke detectors/alarms are installed in all buildings .The site is video monitored. We have a NO PARTY policy and quiet hours policy between 10:00PM and 7:00AM.

BOOKING POLICIES:- Bookings will be only be confirmed once payment in full has been received. Bookings will be confirmed online, by text or e-mail.
Cancellation Policy
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE NATIONAL CORONA VIRUS EMERGENCY, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR BOOKING IF YOU ARE UNWELL OR TRAVELLING FROM A LOVK DOWN AREA WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF ARRIVAL. WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE YOU IF YOU ARE UNWELL WHEN YOU ARRIVE. IF YOU BECOME UNWELL DURING YOUR STAY YOU MUST NOTIFY US BY TELEPHONE OR E-MAIL.WE WILL NOT BE ABLE ACCOMMODATE GUESTS FROM ANY DECLARED COVID-19 RESTRICTED AREAS OR DECLARED HOTSPOTS.CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY:- We have a cancellation policy of a MINIMUM of 7 days before the commencement of a confirmed booking. There will be no refund of any booking fees for no-shows or for cancellations received less than 7 days before the commencement of a confirmed booking.
