Terms & Conditions
A valid credit card will be needed to secure a booking. A deposit of the first night rate will be taken at time of booking and all remainder owing 7 days before arrival.
For bookings of 4 days or less, a non-refundable deposit (1 night) is charged to a valid credit card to secure your booking. Full payment for your accommodation will be taken 7 days before arrival. No refund is given for cancellations or modifications within 3 days of arrival.
For bookings of 5 days or longer duration, a non-refundable 50% deposit will be taken at time of booking and the balance charged 7 days before arrival. If cancellation is made within 7 days or a no-show, no refund will be given.
We are proud of our rooms and want to keep them nice for you and our future guests - you agree that additional charges may be applied to your credit card within 2 days of departure if loss or damage is sustained as a consequence of your visit.
Cancellation Policy
No refund is given for cancellations or modifications within 3 days of arrival and full stay will be charged.
