Terms & Conditions

Fisherman Way Beach Villa (hereinafter referred to as “FBV”)

1. CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
+ Check-in time from: 14:00. Please let us know your estimated time of arrival to arrange a check-in time.
+ Check-out time until: 12:00 (noon). A full day charge is applied for late check-outs after 12:00 (Noon). Late check-out is subject to availability on the check-out date.
+ Reception hours: 09:00 – 17:00
+ If you need any assistance or service, please contact reception during reception hours only. In case of emergency and check-in/check-out after reception hours, please contact our 24-hour security guard at the barrier gate.

2. ONCE-PER-DAY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE
+ Bed linens are changed every third day of the stay.
+ Towels change and cleaning services are provided daily.
+ Additional cleaning fee of THB 1,000 – 5,000 may apply for exceptionally dirty villas that require extra cleaning hours and attention.

3. CHILDREN & EXTRA BEDS POLICY
+ Age: Infants are 0 – 2 years old. Children are 3 - 6 years old. Guests aged 7 and above are considered as adults.
+ All children under 2 years stay free of charge, baby cots are available upon request.
+ One child under 6 years stay free of charge when using an existing bed.
+ All further children or adults are charged THB 1,000 per night for extra beds.

4. SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of THB 3,000 - 10,000 in cash is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure.

5. SAFE BOX
Guests are requested to take care of their valuables and personal belongings. FBV is not liable for any losses or damage. Safes are provided in every villa and cottage.

6. LIMITED-SERVICE
+ Room service and telephones are not available in villas.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY
FBV does not accept reservation modifications, shortened stays and cancellations after checking in. Guests will not be refunded any of the payment for non-refundable rates. The penalty charge is applied according to the cancellation policy stated in your reservation.

8. NO SMOKING inside the villa.
+ Smoking is only allowed in the garden and terrace when all doors and windows are closed.
+ Fine: THB 5,000 per room per time (not per villa)

9. NO DURIANS inside the villa.
+ Fine: THB 5,000 per room per time (not per villa)

10. NO NON-REGISTERED GUESTS
+ All guests are required to register at the reception upon arrival. FBV prohibits any people other than registered guests from staying overnight at the property. Guests are requested not to invite outside visitors to their villas.
+ Fine: THB 1,000 per person per night

11. NO PETS
+ No pets are allowed.

12. NO LOUD NOISE before 10:00 and after 22:00.

13. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
+ Exception: Guests need to inform FBV regarding the party or event prior to confirming the booking. Any events or celebrations planned at the property, such as birthdays, anniversary celebrations, weddings or parties involving either more guests than those the property advertised as being able to sleep or when such an event requires outside catering and or specialists such as DJs, wedding planners, decorations etc. must be confirmed with FBV at the time of booking. Depending on the nature of the event, an additional security deposit and/or event fee may be required, which will be agreed and confirmed in writing prior to confirming the booking. Not every villa allows events to take place.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WILL BE CONSIDERED A BREACH OF FBV POLICY, WHICH MAY RESULT IN GUESTS BEING ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY WITHOUT COMPENSATION.

Payment Policy

PREPAYMENT POLICY
Prepayment of the total price is required via direct bank transfer or cash to confirm the reservation.

DEPOSIT POLICY
A security deposit of THB 3000 - 10,000 is required in cash only upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Cancellation Policy

This reservation is non-refundable for direct bookings.

If your reservation is made through other channels such as Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, and Airbnb, please refer to the cancellation policy stated in your reservation.
