Minimum 3 night stay for Mt Scott Homestead and The Quarters.
Minimum 2 night stay for Eco Tent with the exception of long weekends where there is a minimum 3 night stay.
School holidays and Easter weekend requires a 4 night stay.
Maximum guests
The Quarters - 8 people
Mt Scott Homestead - 6 people
Eco Tent - 2 people
Bond payment of $200 to cover accidentals and incidents is required on checking in. Credit Cards will not be charged unless an incident occurs.
Strictly no pets. No smoking inside accommodation. No firearms. No chainsaws.
Payment Policy
50% is required to secure your booking. The balance is due 1 week prior to your arrival. This payment will be processed with the card you provided when booking (surcharges apply) 1 week prior to arrival or you can transfer direct into our bank account prior.

Cancellation Policy
A full refund of the deposit will be given if cancelled prior to 1 month before expected arrival. 50% refund will be given on cancellations within 1 month prior to arrival. No refund will be given on cancellations within 1 week (7 days) of expected arrival.
COVID-19 Cancellation Policy - If government travel restrictions are enforced your booking will be cancelled and you will be given the option of a refund or a credit for a future stay.
